Flags were flying in downtown Auburn on Memorial Day. Remnants of Tropical Storm Alberto threatened but didn’t stop the display.

Flags have been flown on national holidays since 1965. The project is sponsored by the Auburn Civitans, the Downtown Auburn Merchants, and the City of Auburn.
